Wash and shred carrots. Chop onion. Place butter in skillet and slightly brown diced up onions for about 2 minutes. Add carrot and cook mixture for about 5 minutes.
Add sieved Tomatoes, then Bolognesefix. Stir well. Add Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce. Sprinkle in oregano. Season with pepper and salt. Cook on low heat about 20 minutes. While this is cooking, boil and drain noodles. Set aside. Serve tomato sauce mixture with noodles. Optional: sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
