Makes about 10 tablespoons:
- 5 tbsp Caraway Seed
- 3 tbsp Anise Seed
- 3 tbsp Fennel Seed
- 1 tsp Coriander Seed

Directions:
- Grind seeds into a powder and mix well. Store in an airtight container. Use 1 to 3 TL per 1000 g of flour in a bread recipe.
