Broccoli Omelet

  • 4 Servings:

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 60 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  1. Directions:

  2. Shred cheese and set aside. Crack eggs in small bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Beat ingredients together well.
  3. Heat pan with 1 teaspoon oil on med heat. Pour in egg mixture. Once it starts to brown and partially set, add cheese, and then broccoli. Cover and cook until thoroughly set. Then fold in half and brown some more.
