Brown Sugar Pancakes

  • Makes about 10 Pancakes:

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 160 g Brown Sugar
  • 250 g Flour
  • 375 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla (extract)
  1. Directions:

  2. Cream together brown sugar and eggs by mixing these two ingredients together first. Mix in milk and flour. Then add butter, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix until there are no lumps. Add small amounts of batter to heated non-stick skillet. Make a small test pancake first. When bubbles form, flip pancake. Make sure to cook these a little bit darker than regular pancakes, as they will look brown before even cooked.
