Preheat over to 190 C (375 F). Shred cheddar cheese and mix all ingredients together well. Roll out dough as thinly as possible (ideally slightly less than 4 mm). Cut into 2.5 x 2.5 cm squares and lightly prick each square with a fork. Optional: sprinkle crackers with water and lightly salt the tops of the crackers. Cook crackers for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
