Focaccia with Herbs

  • 1 Focaccia (about 8 Servings):

  • 350 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Yeast (active dry)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Thyme (dried)
  • 1 tsp Basil (dried)
  • 1 tbsp Parsley (dried)
  • .25 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt (kosher)
  • 1 tsp Rosemary (dried)
  1. Directions:

  2. In a large bowl, stir together the yeast, sugar, and water. Add garlic powder, oregano, thyme, basil, black pepper and salt. Mix in the oil.
  3. Knead until smooth and elastic. Coat dough with oil and leave in a bowl. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 230 C (450 F). Roll out into thick rectangle and place directly onto pizza stone. Brush top with olive oil. Sprinkle with kosher salt and rosemary.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
