  • 2 Servings:

  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1.5 tbsp Sugar
  • .25 tsp Salt
  • 400 g Bread (any kind)
  • 1.25 tbsp Butter
  1. Directions:

  2. Beat eggs together with milk, sugar and salt. Pour into flat plate or pan. Dip bread into this mixture, allowing it to soak for 30 seconds on each side. Set aside. Over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet. Place in skillet, cooking until browned. Flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining slices.
