2 packs Vanilla Pudding (German Brand, Dr. Oetker)
1 shot Cream
3 tbsp Butter
.25 tsp Backpulver (or .25 TL Baking Powder)
Directions:
To make crust:
Combine egg, flour, baking powder, sugar, and butter in a bowl to create a crust. Leave to cool in refrigerator.
Butter and flour a spring form. Press cooled crust into form, including the sides.
To make filling:
Separate eggs: put egg whites and yolks in separate bowls.
Stir together the Quark, sugar, vanilla sugar into a bowl. Next mix in the 4 egg yolks.
Add butter (softened), pudding, cream, and Backpulver and mix well.
To make cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 160-170 C. (Roughly 325F). Beat egg whites and fold into filling mixture. Pour mixture in prepared baking form, laid out and ready to use. Bake for 1-1.5 hours.
Once cheesecake is baked, remove it from form immediately. Let cool and then place in refrigerator.
