  • 2 whole Carrots
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • .25 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • .25 tsp Sugar
  • .25 tsp Marjoram (dried)
  • 1 tsp Parsley (dried)

  2. Cook carrots mixed together with water, oil, and salt (covered with lid) for about 5-8 minutes until soft. Mix in sugar, marjoram, and parsley. Stir, and cook with lid off until water is gone for another 5-10 minutes.
