  • Makes two thin-crust Pizzas:

  • 1 batch Pizza Dough (Thin Crust Pizza recipe or Dot Pizza recipe)
  • 175 ml Pizza Sauce (see Pizza Sauce recipe)
  • 200 g Mozzarella Cheese
  • .25 tsp Oregano (dried)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Semolina
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • Salt, Pepper
  1. Directions:

  2. Prepare pizza dough and sauce. Shred cheese. Preheat oven to 230 C (450 F). Roll out dough into one large pizza. Dough should be rolled out as thin as possible. Sprinkle pizza stone with semolina flour. Place dough on stone. Add pizza sauce - if desired - taking care to spread sauce as evenly. Brush edges of dough with olive oil. Partially cook pizza in oven for 5 minutes if thin crust pizza and 10 minutes if using ordinary pizza dough. Finely chop garlic.
  3. Once pizza has finished its first cook, pull pizza out of the oven and sprinkle on garlic, then add cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper last and put pizza back in the oven for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
