Juliettes Mixed Greens Salad

  • For 1 Person:

  • 50 g Mixed Greens Lettuce (can be mixed with spinach)
  • 2 whole Green Onions
  • 15 g Radish
  • 10 g Onion
  • .5 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt, Pepper

  2. Wash lettuce if necessary. Wash green onions and cut into fine rings. Finely chop onion. Wash radishes into fine slices. Mix all the salad ingredients, season with salt and pepper.
