  • 120 g Whole Wheat Flour
  • 120 g Oats (Rolled)
  • 100 g Sunflower Seeds
  • 50 g Sesame Seeds
  • 50 g Flax Seeds
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 500 ml Water
  • 240 g Flour
  1. Directions:

  2. Preheat oven to 170 C. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Roll out dough as thin as possible. If using a bake pan, line with parchment paper. If using a pizza stone, place dough directly on baking surface. Before cooking, cut lines to divide bread into portions, and use a fork to add prong marks evenly across the dough. Bake for 15 minutes
