- 120 g Whole Wheat Flour
- 120 g Oats (Rolled)
- 100 g Sunflower Seeds
- 50 g Sesame Seeds
- 50 g Flax Seeds
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 500 ml Water
- 240 g Flour

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 170 C. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Roll out dough as thin as possible. If using a bake pan, line with parchment paper. If using a pizza stone, place dough directly on baking surface. Before cooking, cut lines to divide bread into portions, and use a fork to add prong marks evenly across the dough. Bake for 15 minutes
