  • 1.5 tsp Olive Oil
  • 97 g Basmati Rice (Half Cup)
  • .25 tsp Ginger (Ground)
  • .5 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Powdered Broth (Bouillon)
  • 250 ml Water
  • Salt, Pepper

  2. Put olive oil, basmati rice, ginger, broth and water (with salt and pepper to taste), in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes over medium heat until the rice is tender.
