  • Makes: Several Loaves:

  • 1300 g White Flour
  • 600 g Rye FLour
  • 1350 L Milk (5.5 cups)
  • 3.75 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Salt
  • 80 g Whole Wheat Flour
  • 5 tbsp Yeast
  1. Directions:

  2. Dissolve yeast in warmed milk. Add sugar. Let rest until foamy.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients. Knead dough. Let dough rise until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat oven to 425 F. Baking in batches (there will be a lot of dough!), cook each loaf of bread until golden brown (about 30 Minutes).
