  • 375 ml Water
  • 150 g Rice (.75 cup)
  • 65 g Sugar
  • .25 tsp Salt
  • 500 g Milk

  2. Bring water in a pot to a boil. Add rice, reduce heat to medium, and cook for about 14 minutes. Put 375 ml milk, sugar, and salt in a different pot. Add rice and cook on medium heat. Stirring occasionally, let milk cook away gradually. When it thickens, add remaining 125 ml milk.
