Pasta with Tomato Sauce

  • .5 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Lemon (juice)
  • 125 ml Tomato Sauce
  • .5 tsp Sugar
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 170 g Pasta (any kind)
  • 60 g Cheddar Cheese
  1. Directions:

  2. Finely chop onions and cook in oil until lightly browned. Add garlic and lemon juice; stir well. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, grate cheese and cook/drain pasta.
  4. Stir grated cheese into sauce mixture. Add pasta and mix well.
