Rahmsauce

  • 4 Servings:

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • .5 Onion
  • .25 tsp Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 100 ml Water
  • .25 tsp Broth (powder)
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce (or Maggi)
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • .5 tsp Parsley (dried)
  1. Directions:

  2. On medium heat, melt butter and then add onions. Cook for about 5 minutes, until onion is softened.
  3. While stirring constantly, add flour and cook for about 1 minute. Gradually add milk while again stirring constantly. Then mix in remaining ingredients except parsley. Stir occasionally for the next 5-8 minutes. Keep cooking everything on med heat until sauce thickens. Add parsley last.
