  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 tsp Broth (dried)
  • 185 g Rice (1 cup)
  • .25 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Oregano (dried)
  • .125 tsp Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic (optional)
  1. Directions:

  2. Finely chop onion. Place water, broth, oregano, onions, pepper, minced garlic (optional), and butter in a small pot and bring to a boil. Add rice. Reduce heat to medium low and cook covered with pot lid on, for 14-20 minutes until water is gone and rice is tender.
