  • 92 g Basmati Rice
  • 1.5 tsp Olive Oil
  • 0.125 tsp Cloves (ground)
  • 0.125 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • .5 tsp Dill (dried)
  • .5 tsp Salt
  • 250 ml Water

  2. Put rice, oil, cloves, chilli flakes, dill, salt and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes over medium heat until the rice is tender.
