Supreme Soba Noodles

  • 4 Servings:

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 200 g Buckwheat Pasta Noodles
  • .5 Onion
  • 1 tsp Chives (dried)
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • Seasonings
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • .75 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • .5 tbsp Sugar
  • .25 tsp Olive Oil
  • .25 tsp Pepper
  1. Directions:

  2. Mix seasoning ingredients together. Boil noodles and set aside.
  3. Heat skillet and add oil. Add noodles. Add seasonings, mix well. Add onions and chives, cooking until crunchy. Top with sesame seeds.
