  • 92 g Rice (1/2 cup)
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Broth (powder)
  • .125 tsp Salt
  • .25 tsp Vinegar (rice vinegar is best)
  • 2.25 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 25 g Carrot

  2. Peel the carrot and cut into thin slices. To make the rice, put the broth powder, salt, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes over medium heat until the rice is tender.
