  • Makes two thin-crust Pizzas:

  • 200 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 350 g Flour
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Yeast (active dry)

  2. Melt yeast in water for about 5 minutes. Mix together rest of ingredients. Oil bowl and let rise for about 45 minutes, or until doubled in size. Roll out pizza dough and add toppings. Cook in oven at 230 C (450 F).
