  • 300 g Greek Yogurt (or Quark)
  • 1 whole Cucumber
  • .5 tsp Salt
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Lemon (juice)
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

  2. Peel and shred cucumber. Place in a colander, and let sit for a few minutes. Press excess liquid out. Mince garlic. Mix together yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
