Vegetarian Lo Mein Noodles Dish

  • Noodle Sauce:
  • 2.75 tsp Soy Sauce
  • .5 tsp Brown Sugar
  • .125 tsp Ginger (dried)
  • .25 tsp and .125 TL Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Vegetables
  • .25 whole Onion
  • 15 g Green Onion
  • 20 g Red Onion
  • 75 g Cabbage
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Noodle Mix:
  • 100 g Egg Noodles
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Vegetable Sauce:
  • .25 tsp Broth Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  1. Directions:

  2. Cut red pepper into thin strips, slice green onions and finely chop white onions. Shred cabbage. Set aside noodle sauce and vegetable sauce in separate bowls.
  3. Cook noodles and set aside. Keep a pot of hot water heating.
  4. Heat 1 TL oil in pan. Stir fry all vegetables together for about 5 minutes on medium low heat. Add a pinch of salt and sugar. Add vegetable sauce mixture. Cook until liquid is gone.
  5. Put noodles into hot pot of water for 10-15 seconds, just to heat. Drain.
  6. Put back in pot that you just used to heat the noodles, and add noodle sauce.
  7. Serve vegetables over noodles.
