  • 375 ml Broth
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour

  2. Simmer broth in a pot. Melt butter in a different sauce pan. Gradually add flour to melted butter. Cook on low heat for one minute. Add broth, gradually. Continue to simmer for 30 minutes, until sauce is thickened.
