  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 275 ml Milk
  • .25 tsp Salt

  2. Simmer milk in a pot. Melt butter in a different sauce pan. Gradually add flour and salt to melted butter. Cook on low heat for one minute. Add milk, gradually. Continue to simmer for 30 minutes, until sauce is thickened.
